Can I see the price before I ride?
Yes. The app shows you an estimated fare before you confirm the trip.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can choose any payment method available in your city right in the app before requesting your ride.
How do I share my trip?
During the trip tap “Share trip” and send the link to anyone. They’ll be able to follow your route in real time.
I left something in the car. What should I do?
Message us from the help section in the app or our contact page and we’ll help you reach the driver.
How do I delete my account?
You can do it from the profile menu in the app or by sending a request from our “Delete account & data” page.
